He is our senior pastor, and he has been with our church since he was born. He has a Master of Theological Studies.
Senior Pastor Fraser Henderson serves as the pastor of Grace Communion International (GCI) Ottawa-Gatineau, a congregation affiliated with the Grace Communion International denomination. Though not a household name, he plays an important role in leading the church and serving the spiritual needs of the local congregation in the Ottawa-Gatineau region.
As Senior Pastor Fraser Henderson of Grace Communion International Ottawa - Gatineau, his role centers on leading the congregation with a Christ-focused approach, emphasizing the grace and love of God in all aspects of church life.
Pastor Henderson is responsible for preaching Biblically based, Christ-centered messages that highlight the Gospel’s transformative power, the relational nature of the Trinity, and the inclusivity of God’s kingdom. He provides pastoral care, nurtures spiritual growth through discipleship, and fosters a welcoming community where members can grow in their understanding of Christ’s love. Additionally, he leads church ministries, engages in local outreach, and equips the congregation to live out their faith with compassion and purpose, ensuring all activities align with the core values of Grace Communion International.

Nova Musafiri Associate Pastor
As an Associate Pastor, Servant Nova exemplifies a role of support, leadership, and ministry within the church, with a strong focus on fulfilling the church’s spiritual and community-based missions. With over 25 years of experience serving in Grace Communion International (GCI) churches, his deep-rooted commitment to the church’s mission is evident in every area of his service.
A natural leader, Servant Nova’s gift in church administration allows him to effectively manage key church programs, ensuring they run smoothly and align with the church’s vision. One of his most impactful contributions has been his leadership of the Refugee Sponsorship Mission program for the past 15 years, where he has coordinated efforts to welcome and support refugees, fostering a ministry of compassion and practical assistance.
Currently enrolled in a Master of Pastoral Studies, Servant Nova continues to enhance his theological and pastoral understanding, further equipping himself for spiritual leadership. His studies complement his already strong practical skills in administration, pastoral care, and community outreach.
In his role as Associate Pastor, Servant Nova works closely with other church leaders, providing vital support to the senior pastor and other ministry heads. His extensive experience, administrative gifts, and commitment to both spiritual and social missions make him an invaluable asset in helping the church grow and thrive in its multifaceted ministry.
